Located at the North end of Florence, AZ, Tierra Del Sol is a new, deeded lot, RV resort. There are a total of 120 lots, with a heated pool, hot tub, recreation hall, and great neighbors. The nearby town of Florence is more of a small village, and the historic Main Street was the setting for the movie "Murphy's Romance" starring James Garner and Sally Field. The bar that is shown in the movie is located in the General Store Restaurant, where you can get some of the best sandwiches and soup in all of Arizona.

Florence is located about 30 miles South of Apache Junction, 35 miles NE of Casa Grande, and about 70 miles from Tucson.

While there are no large, chain type stores in Florence, a Super Wal-Mart is located just 11 miles away in Coolidge, right next door there is a large, modern Safeway. Stores like Costco and major shopping malls are located just 45 miles away in the Phoenix Metro area. Just down I-10, South of Casa Grande you'll find a large discount outlet mall.

Within a few miles of Tierra del Sol you'll find some of the most beautiful desert country anywhere. A trip to Salt River Canyon will be a day to remember. You'll travel through historic mining towns, canyons where the rock formations are totally awesome, and at the final destination be able to buy Native American Jewelry from local tribal members.

This is a 55+ RV resort and there age restrictions, plus there are other covenants and conditions to stay in this park, such as RV age and condition, etc.
